Nestora Event Furnishings provides catalog information for planning and inquiry purposes. Product availability, pricing, dimensions, finishes, and delivery conditions should be confirmed in a written rental proposal.
Inquiries and reservations
A catalog cart or contact form does not create a reservation. A rental is confirmed only when Nestora and the client agree in writing on the items, dates, fees, access conditions, and applicable deposit or payment requirements.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details, safe access information, a suitable placement environment, and reasonable care for rented furniture. Items may not be altered, sublet, moved outside the agreed venue, or used in unsafe conditions.
Changes and cancellation
Changes, cancellations, weather arrangements, and venue access limits are handled according to the written proposal and rental agreement. Contact Nestora promptly so the team can review practical options.
Fees and condition
The client is responsible for agreed rental and delivery fees and may be responsible for loss, unusual cleaning, or damage beyond ordinary use as stated in the applicable agreement.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Visitors may use this website lawfully and respectfully. Site text, branding, layouts, and original materials belong to Nestora Event Furnishings or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
